Mallory Naff, DPT
Mallory Naff, DPT, was born and raised in Humboldt, Kansas. As a four-year collegiate athlete, she developed a deep appreciation for strength training, injury prevention, and building habits that support a lifelong active lifestyle.
Since beginning her career in 2014, Mallory has spent eight years in a rural hospital-based setting where she gained experience treating a wide range of conditions—including ortho/sports rehab, pediatrics, inpatient care, neurological rehab, and home health. She also spent three years with Infant Toddler Services, where she coached families on how to confidently support their child’s development from the comfort of their home.

Through both her professional experience and personal journey—as an athlete, a mother of three, and a physical therapy patient herself—Mallory recognized the need for more individualized care that helps people return to their personal goals for activity. She is passionate about working with active adults who want more than just basic rehab.
Mallory focuses on providing performance-based physical therapy so people can get out of pain, build strength, and keep doing the things they love - whether that’s hiking, skiing, biking, recreational sports, or simply keeping up with their kids and grandkids - without being limited by injury or age.
Her treatment philosophy is rooted in the belief that the body is intelligent and constantly communicating. By learning to listen to those signals—and by considering the full picture, including movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress—Mallory helps her clients move beyond temporary fixes toward long-term performance and resilience. She values collaboration with other providers to ensure a well-rounded, team-based approach to care.

At the core of her work is a simple goal: to help people feel good in their bodies and stay active in the things that bring them joy.
When she’s not working, you can find Mallory lifting weights, playing recreational sports, or spending time with her husband and three kids biking, hiking, and skiing.
