A former collegiate athlete and mother of three who understands that "basic rehab" isn't enough for an active lifestyle. With over a decade of experience ranging from rural hospital care to pediatric coaching, she founded Naff Physical Therapy to provide performance-based care that looks at the full picture of movement, nutrition, and resilience. Her mission is to help you move beyond temporary fixes and stay strong for the activities you love most.
